  • Involved in 6 design generations of inertial sensors resulting in 3 patent disclosures
  • Introduced and developed an in-house wafer-scale silicon on insulator fabrication process
  • Developed eutectic die attachment and custom lids with getters for vacuum sealing
  • Designed analog control circuits and multiple printed circuit board layouts
  • Characterized sensors under varying temperatures, pressures, and angular rates

Laboratory Equipment Experience:

  • Designed, built, and maintained custom vacuum setup with turbo pump package
  • Utilization of clean room facilities, micro-probe stations, Deep Reactive Ion Etchers (DRIE), double sided mask aligners, photoresist spinners, optical microscopes, Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM), dynamic signal analyzers, and rate tables
